DELIVERY:

Fish are quarantined and delivered within 7 working days after full payment is received or as soon as the flight space is available. This is to allow time for conditioning the fish for export and preparation of necessary documents. Delivery is also subject to airlines approval of shipping space and customer confirmation of shipment. You have to give us exactly detail of destination airport and period date you need shipment for send detail when booking and must be specify at point of purchase what documents are required to avoid delay in shipment.

DOCUMENT PROVIDING & PRODUCT QUALITY:

Normally we will provide these important documents with the shipment: Invoice, Packing List, and Airway bill. We would like to assure you that all products will definitely be delivered healthy and colourful as International Standard.

CERTIFICATE:

Health Certificates for live tropical fishes from The Royal Fisheries Department of Thailand

GUARANTEE & CLAIM:

If your fishes do not arrive alive or if they die within 24 hours after receiving them at the airport, we will replace them for FREE.

The following conditions apply:

• You must take immediate delivery of your order upon its arrival.
• Please make sure that your water quality is good.
• You have to acclimation new arrived fishes.
• Under normal flights/shipment conditions our records have shown more than 95% alive on arrival at destination airport and our DOA rates are very low. We will replace the dead specimen on your next order.
